Venue: Shugrue’s Bridgeview Room
Description: Come and enjoy an evening of great food and wine. Ticket price includes live music, carving station, and food, wine and dessert stations. Proceeds to benefit local veterans services through Interagency Council.
Just a handful of wine labels that will be featured include: Justin, Ferrari Carano, Stratton Lummis, Goldschmidt, Cosentino, Francis Ford Coppola, Clos Pegase, Hess Collection and Joseph Phelps.

Venue: HEAT Bar
Description: Live music and great drinks while you help support the Western Area Humane Society.Join the folks at the HEAT Bar to support the Western Arizona Humane Society. Live music performed by Crosscutt. Drink specials including $3 Brews from Uncle Bears Brewery and $3 Fireball. Snacks provided by Javelina Cantina. All dogs are welcome and WAHS will have adoptable pets ready to go to their furever home.

Description: Our Nation’s servicemen and women are our best and brightest, enlisting in times of peace and war, serving with honor under the most difficult circumstances, and making sacrifices that many of us cannot begin to imagine. We must never forget the invaluable contributions of our country’s veterans and reaffirm our commitment to provide them and their families with the essential support they were promised and have earned.
Come to the parade and honor our local veterans for their patriotism, love of country, and willingness to serve and sacrifice for the common good. This event is sponsored by our local Veterans of Foreign War Post 9401. McCulloch Bl. will be traffic-free from Acoma Bl. to Wheeler Park for this event. Staging for the parade will be in Birch Square.

Venue: Lake Havasu City Aquatic Center
Admission: $2 per person; children under 12 free
Description: Take a stroll through a dazzling array of beautiful natural stones and minerals at the longest running event in Lake Havasu City’s history! Every year during the second week in November the Gem & Mineral Society hosts its annual Gem & Mineral Show in Lake Havasu City. The two-day, spectacular event features display cases of member-created jewelry designs and art objects, plus club members’ individual collections of unusual minerals, fossils, and rocks from all over the world that are fun and educational for the young and old alike. A boutique marketplace of more than forty special vendors’ booths will offer unique Christmas gift items.
Watch as professionals demonstrate their crafts and find plenty of opportunities to shop for faceted and cabochon jewels, fossils, tools, findings, slabs, finished jewelry and gifts galore! There will be raffles and hourly door prizes, games and prizes for the kids, as well as food and beverage services available.

Venue: Grand Island Ball Park
Description: Start the Thanksgiving Holiday off right with the Annual Turkey Trot – a 5K race/2 mile fun walk. Join Havasu Foot and Ankle Surgi-Center for the 28th Annual Turkey Trot at Grand Island Park. Meet at the track in the middle of the island for a fun 5K, 2 mile ‘fun run.’ Competitors will be divided into categories based on their ages; top male and female runners receive a free turkey! Other prizes, too. Even if you don’t compete, come on out and cheer them on. Register early at Dr. Novak’s office, Havasu Foot & Ankle, at 90 Riviera Dr. or online.

Description: Constitution Week in Lake Havasu city is a family friendly non-political event that focuses on celebrating our American Heritage, Preserving America’s forgotten history and heroes, with an emphasis on our constitutional foundation.
We will do so by providing entertainment, information, and activities with a presentation from a member of the David Barton Group. Free Bounce house & activities for children, food vendors, National Anthem singing, Free health Screening & More!
