*Announcement:  Even though the winds are forecast to be higher than ideal, the Boat Parade of Lights will go on as scheduled.
Description: The Annual Boat Parade of Lights is in its 34th year and has been the must-see event of the holiday season. Lake Havasu City’s Boat Parade of Lights has been repeatedly selected as one of the top 100 events in the U.S. by the American Bus Association. Up to 50 boats brightly decorated in their holiday best will delight children and adults alike. Watch the boats cruise through the Bridgewater Channel beginning in Thompson Bay and continuing under the London Bridge to the north end of the Channel, with a turnaround at Windsor Beachand back. Bundle up and take a stroll through the Channel – the only time you’ll see the Channel packed full of boats and boaters in winter gear at night. Come cozy up with family and friends and create treasured memories of a favorite holiday tradition!
Bonfires will be permitted throughout the Channel on the island side beach areas but must be contained in a portable, self-contained fire pit. All ashes must be removed entirely and the area left clean. Absolutely no digging of fire pits in the sand and no dumping of ashes in the water. The area will be patrolled throughout the evening. BON FIRES ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE NEW WHITE SAND BEACHES AT THE NORTH END OF CHANNEL.

There will be great viewing at the Nautical Beachfront Resort (the starting point of the Parade of Lights), Rotary Beach, throughout the Channel on both sides between Rotary Beach and Windsor Beach, the English Village, across the London Bridge, and at any of the restaurants along the Channel.*

*If you plan on watching from the Channel restaurants, early reservations are recommended.

There is no charge to view The 34th Annual Boat Parade. Plenty of free parking is available at the English Village and in the parking areas on the island near the Channel. Plan to get there early as traffic around the London Bridge can become congested.

About Macy Group REALTORS

Heather Macy is a daughter, a granddaughter, a niece, a sister, an aunt, a wife, a mother, a friend and a Realtor. Heather is fortunate enough to have 3 parents, 6 grandparents, 6 aunts and uncles, 6 brothers and sisters, 22 nieces and nephews, a husband, a daughter, countless friends, and 100’s of real estate clients, all of which have been a huge impact in her life, which has helped her grow into the Heather Macy you will come to meet today. There is no question that Heather has a wide range of influences surrounding her. Although, at a young age she forged her own path, out to create her unique dash each and everyday. Heather has been the student of the teacher and the teacher of the student and will continue to do so every year that goes by. At the young age of 19, Heather started down the path of adulthood, deciding to follow in the footsteps of her grandfather, father and mother. She became a third generation Realtor. Heather, through the training and guidance of her parents quickly became one of the youngest top producers in Olympia Washington. All accomplished through her willingness to learn from others and later allowing others to learn from her. Since 1993, Heather’s dedication to customer service and ongoing education of the real estate business allowed her to have a constant flow of new clients, past clients and many client referrals. Heather understood from the beginning, that having a high standard of service and accountability was key to the success of her future. Over the past 19 years of her real estate career, Heather has enjoyed helping her clients reach their goals of buying and selling real estate. She also found a passion to help other Realtors learn all of the aspects of the real estate business when in 2001 she became the Broker/Owner of her own real estate company. She spent 8 years training and mentoring Realtors while still practicing what she preached as she still fulfilled her personal clientele expectations and helping each reach their goals. As new chapters of life always seem to present themselves, Heather, her husband and daughter decided to take a look at their future and new opportunities that may lie ahead for them. Never knowing how long your dash will last, they decided to move to Lake Havasu City in the fall of 2009. Starting their new chapter of life, Lake Havasu has presented many great opportunities for the Heather and her family. You will now find Heather concentrating on creating new real estate client relationships, meeting new friends and out enjoying family time with her husband and daughter. If Heather is not in the field working with clients you may find her at the lake enjoying the sun, water, and boating or you may also find her at the car shows with their 66 nova, if you can’t find her there she may be at the starting line of the drag strip lining up her husband in his 7 second drag car. Heather, you will find when you meet her, that she gives her all in what ever is placed in front of her. Thus you will see why she is willing to offer a Satisfaction Guarantee of her real estate services, something she is confident in offering as she would give what she would expect to get.....Satisfaction Guaranteed
